Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from VisionStore.ae. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns must include the invoice or order number.

Refunds will not be issued for opened or used contact lenses due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will initiate your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
